The design abstract of HQ Coworking space derives from the simple question “What makes sense for your business?” We constantly ask ourselves this question both when we start up, as well as when we expand our businesses.
The SPE Tower location of HQ was designed, planned, & constructed according to the client’s lookbook to achieve the color tones, simplicity, & functionality of the workspaces. As the client’s business model is based on offering affordable workspaces for their clientele, significant value engineering was incorporated by the designer to achieve a pleasant, bright, & fresh working environment, while achieving the client’s capex objectives for this brand.
